I found myself at Hotel Elisa unexpectedly due to a canceled flight, and I couldn’t have been happier with my experience. The staff were genuinely caring, going out of their way to assist us, especially Mandy at reception who was incredibly kind and accommodating. The air conditioning kept the room cool, which was a relief, though the lack of a lift was a bit inconvenient. Overall, it was a comforting stay during a stressful time.
